The ZKTeco EP20CQ[DF] is an all-weather outdoor multi-tech smart card reader designed for secure and flexible access control applications. It supports multiple RFID technologies along with Bluetooth and QR code authentication, providing users with convenient credential options for modern access control systems.

The reader supports 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz RFID technologies, including ISO14443 Type A and B and ISO15693 standards. Bluetooth connectivity enables mobile credential use with compatible smartphones, while the integrated QR code scanner supports both one-dimensional and two-dimensional codes.

Multi-Frequency RFID

The EP20CQ[DF] supports 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz RFID technologies. The 13.56 MHz interface supports ISO14443 Type A, ISO14443 Type B and ISO15693 standards.

Bluetooth Credentials

The integrated 2.4 GHz Bluetooth interface supports smartphone-based credentials. Depending on the environment and reader configuration, Bluetooth smartphone reading can operate at a distance of up to 10 metres.

QR Code Authentication

The EP20CQ[DF] includes an integrated QR code scanner capable of reading supported one-dimensional and two-dimensional codes. This provides a convenient option for mobile, printed and digital credentials.
