ZKTeco ZK-D2180 Walk-Through Metal Detector
The ZKTeco ZK-D2180 is a high-performance walk-through metal detector designed to provide reliable and precise detection of metallic contraband at security checkpoints. With up to 18 detection zones and 500 sensitivity levels, the system allows security operators to configure detection sensitivity according to different inspection requirements.
The ZK-D2180 can detect a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metal objects and weapons. Synchronous audible and visual alarms provide clear threat indication, while two sets of LED indicators on the door panels show the detection status to security personnel.
Designed for continuous security screening, the detector supports a throughput of more than 40 people per minute and is capable of 24/7 operation. It can be integrated with the ZK Metal Detector App / Software and ZKBio SIS for monitoring and data logging.

Multi-Zone Metal Detection
The ZK-D2180 provides adjustable 6-zone, 12-zone and 18-zone detection modes. Up to 18 detection zones allow security personnel to identify metallic objects with greater precision across the height of the walk-through passage.
500 Sensitivity Levels
With 500 sensitivity levels, the detector provides fine adjustment of detection performance for different security environments and screening requirements.
Wide Metal Detection Capability
The system is designed to detect both ferrous and non-ferrous metal weapons and can detect metal objects as small as coin-sized items.
Alarm & Visual Indication
Audible Alarm
The ZK-D2180 provides 6 selectable alarm tones with adjustable volume levels from 0 to 6. The maximum alarm volume is approximately 80 dB, providing clear audible notification when metal contraband is detected.
LED Detection Indicator
Two sets of LED indicators are positioned on the left and right door panels. A steady red LED indicates that metal contraband has been detected.
